FAQ
What is the difference between the plans?
Nothing but the number of servers: Premium works on 1 server, Premium ×3 on 3 and Premium ×10 on 10. Every plan unlocks every Premium feature.
Can I move Premium to another server?
Yes. Type /premium remove-server on the old server, then /premium add-server on the new one.
My Premium is not recognized. What should I do?
Check that your Discord account is linked in your Patreon settings, wait about ten minutes, then try /premium add-server again. Still stuck? Ask in the support server.
What is the Custom Bot?
A lofi bot of your own with your avatar, username and status, hosted by us and independent from ChillBot. It has every Premium feature and works on up to 10 servers. After subscribing, run /start-custom in the support server.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancel your membership on Patreon whenever you want: Premium stays active until the end of the month. Refunds follow our refund policy.
